What DealerOffer is

DealerOffer is a platform that presents your vehicle to independent motor dealers who may make offers to buy it. DealerOffer is not the buyer, and an offer shown on your offer page is made by the dealer, not by DealerOffer.

Your information must be accurate

Offers are made on the basis of the information and photos you supply. You confirm that what you tell us about your vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge — including its condition, kilometres, accident history and whether money is owing on it.

Offers and inspections

Accepting an offer creates an inspection request, not a completed sale. The purchase completes when the dealer confirms the vehicle materially matches the information supplied, and payment and transfer are arranged. If a material discrepancy is found at inspection, the dealer may review or withdraw their offer.

No obligation, no fee for sellers

You are not obliged to accept any offer. Using DealerOffer as a seller is free.

Offer expiry

Each offer may carry its own expiry time, shown on your offer page. An expired offer can no longer be accepted, though we can ask the dealer whether they'll renew it.

Acceptable use

Don't submit vehicles you don't have the right to sell, don't misrepresent a vehicle, and don't use the platform to harvest information about dealers or other users.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond what the law requires, DealerOffer provides the platform "as is" and is not a party to the sale between you and the dealer.
