Eligibility

The network is open to licensed motor dealers. You must hold and maintain the licence applicable in your state, and tell us if it lapses.

Offers are commitments

An offer you submit is your genuine intended purchase price for the vehicle as described. Where the vehicle materially matches the information and photos supplied, you are expected to honour your offer at inspection.

Price reviews

A price may be reviewed only for a genuine, material discrepancy — undisclosed damage, an undisclosed mechanical issue, materially different kilometres, or a specification, title or history issue. Every adjustment must include a structured reason, is recorded permanently, and contributes to your network adjustment-rate metrics. Repeated aggressive offer-then-reduce behaviour results in removal from the network.

Independent competition

You never see another dealer's offer, and you must not attempt to discover it, collude with other dealers on pricing, or contact the seller outside the platform before an accepted offer.

Customer information

Seller contact details are released to you only after your offer is accepted, and only to complete the inspection and purchase. They must not be used for marketing or retained beyond the transaction.
